We retain account information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. API request logs are retained for up to 90 days for debugging and billing purposes, then deleted or anonymised. Contact form submissions are retained for up to 12 months.

We use industry-standard measures including TLS encryption in transit and hashed storage of API keys. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we encourage you to protect your API keys and contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.
